With over 27 years of experience in the local property market of Hammersmith & Fulham, I have an in depth knowledge of the area and can advise on trends, make sound recommendations.
Having built up a personal relationship with most of the landlords, having dealt with them for around 25 years. Therefore, dealing with these landlords and their properties year after year, I feel, it's more than a service that I provide. I am always on call 24 hour whatever the need arises either for landlords or tenants.
In my spare time I love to travel and spend time with my children.
Following a long career in the City of London, Leonardo decided to concentrate on a totally different career path. Back in 2000 he found himself working for a local estate agent as a lowly sales negotiator, rose to sales manager within a couple of years and now is capitalizing on his 23 years of expertise in the west London sales market. Fluent in three languages and having lost a few hairs and grey cells he has lost none of his verve and is passionately active in his job.
His many interests range from travelling, skiing, photography, learning to play the classical guitar, cooking and is also partial to a bit of culture, to balance things out!
Agata is a University graduate in Management and Administration. Agata's role in the company is the day to day administration, transactions and software management.
Agata's analytical mind and problem solving abilities as well as her technical knowledge are a recognised asset to the company.
Being born and raised in the Polish industrial town of Katowice, Agata is fluent in both English and Polish.
In her spare time, Agata is a keen swimmer, loves travelling and enjoys watching movies with her many friends.
Having graduated with a degree in Digital Marketing, Adnana brings over three years of experience in the real estate sector to her professional repertoire. With previous roles in interior design and customer service, she possesses a robust skill set primed for delivering exemplary service.
Adnana is characterized by her passion, effective communication abilities, and compassionate nature. She places great importance on continual learning, including the acquisition of new languages. Additionally, she actively contributes to charitable causes, particularly those focused on supporting less developed countries, whenever possible.
Kasia is a qualified AAT accountant and has a very pragmatic approach to problem solving which is put to good use in her daily tasks which vary from accounting administration to software improvements as well as property maintenance.
A keen reader and walker she is a member of her local ramblers club this is when she is not looking after her three "little Devils".
Andrew is a university of Surrey Graduate with a degree in Mathematics and Economics. Being a dynamic professional with a strategic and analytical mindset allowing Andrew to be a valuable asset in the real estate industry.
Enjoying all types of hobbies ranging from playing football on the weekend to playing chess in his free time, whether it’s bringing calculated moves on a chessboard or scoring goals on the field, Andrew brings dedication and enthusiasm to everything he does.
