Relevant letting fees and tenant protection information

As well as paying the rent, tenants may also be required to make the following permitted payments.

Permitted payments
 
Before the tenancy starts (payable to Broadway & West 'the Agent')

Holding Deposit: 1 week's rent

1 months rent in advance (less holding deposit which is 1 weeks rent)
Deposit: 5 weeks' rent

During the tenancy (payable to the Agent)

Payment of up to £50 if you want to change the tenancy agreement, such as change of sharer or variation of contract
Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of BOE plus 3%
Payment of up to £50 for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices
Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancyDuring the tenancy (payable to the provider) if permitted and applicable

Utilities - gas, electricity, water
Council Tax
Television licence
Communications - telephone and broadband
Installation of cable/satellite
Subscription to cable/satellite supplier

Other permitted payments

Any other permitted payments, not included above, under the relevant legislation including contractual damages.

Tenant protection

Broadway & West is  a member of TDS which is a redress scheme and a member of Money Shield which is a Clients Money Protection scheme and also a member of The Property Ombudsman redress scheme. Landlord Fees

To carry out checking-in and checking-out - £60 each
