  • Full referencing of tenants — which include ID and current address, work or college, bank and current landlord and guarantor where necessary.
  • Prompt payment of rent, usually within 48 hours of receiving the rent
  • Prompt payment of expenses — subject to funds availability, large items of expenditure are pre-approved by landlord
  • Providing monthly statements with full details of income and any expenditure
  • Informing utility companies of new tenancy details
  • Organising all routine repairs & maintenance and follow through completion

  • Compliance with latest legislation i.e. organizing Energy Performance Certificates and annual Gas Safety Certificates
  • Registration of deposits with an approved deposit scheme
